Dr. Gurek Nahal
Dr. Gurek Nahal was born and raised in the Lower Mainland and is proud to care for the community he calls home. After receiving the BC Academic Achievement Scholarship as a top graduate, he began his undergraduate studies at UBC Vancouver before moving to Australia to follow his passion for dentistry.
During dental school, he was recognized for clinical excellence and graduated with Distinction. He earned a First Class Honours degree from the University of Queensland and also received the Dean’s Commendation for Academic Excellence.
Dr. Andrew Bass
Dr. Andrew Bass is passionate about creating healthy, beautiful smiles and providing high-quality dental care. After graduating from Dalhousie University in Halifax in 2009, he moved to Vancouver to begin his dental career.
Dr. Bass combines his love for dentistry with hundreds of hours of continuing education to continually expand his knowledge and skills, so he can provide the best care for his patients. He is committed to treating every patient with respect in a safe, welcoming environment and is known for his thorough, gentle approach to every procedure.
Dr. Debra Mitchell
Dr. Debra Mitchell has a strong passion for dentistry and shares it with every patient through a caring and compassionate approach.
Throughout her career, she has actively participated in study clubs covering many areas of dentistry. In 2017, she graduated from FACE (Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education), where she gained advanced knowledge in restorative dentistry, TMD problems, implants, and dentures. This additional training helps her provide better care for her patients.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Mitchell enjoys cycling with her husband on a tandem bike, golfing, hiking, skiing, and spending time with their four children and their families.
